BELIEFS
The Holy Bible – The Infallible Word of God
All scripture is inspired by God for the purpose of teaching,
admonishing, correcting and training in righteousness so that the man of
God may be equipped for good works (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The Holy Bible
is the infallible Word of God because it did not originate from mankind.
Instead, men spoke from God as the Holy Spirit moved them (2 Peter
1:21).
The Trinity of the Godhead
God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are one in the
same; one God with three personalities. God the Father is the Almighty
God (Genesis 17:1). He is creator of all (John 1:1-3). There is none
other beside Him (Isaiah 45:5). Jesus is the only begotten Son of
God who came into the world to save whosoever believes in Him (John
3:16). The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and
judgment (John 16:8). He draws us to Jesus Christ, the Savior, so we may be
born again of the Spirit (John 3:5-8). As new creatures in Christ, He
becomes our counselor forever (John 14:16-17).
Salvation
Jesus Christ, the Son of God – the Messiah, is the only way to
salvation (John 14:6). God did not send his Son into the world to
condemn it, but that the world might be saved through Him (John
3:17-18). God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, so
that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life
(John 3:16).
